Journalism in Uzbekistan is moving towards transparency
A journalist should be a transparent bridge between the people and the state, the government and society, a selfless and impartial person who puts the interests of the country above personal interests.
Today, the head of our state has set a goal for himself - by building a truly democratic society that gives tremendous results, to carry out deep reforms in journalism, as in all spheres of our country.
It would not be an exaggeration to say that in a rapidly changing world, representatives of the sphere must keep up with the times, effectively use the available opportunities, not lose their essence, and bear responsibility equal to centuries.
One of the most important factors is that modern journalism in the age of technology does not lose its positions; in this respect, the state provides it with all-round support.
In recent years, many legislative acts have been adopted to increase the prestige of journalism in our country. The material and technical base, personnel issues, the formation of relations with state bodies in the "open door" format are some of the priority tasks put forward by the head of our state.
Today, it is the above issues that were at the center of the conversation between the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Presidential Administration of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the press secretary of the President Sherzod Ikromovich Asadov and the founder of the international project "Bright Uzbekistan" Davron Abdullayev.
Sherzod Ikromovich noted that journalism in Uzbekistan is undergoing strong reforms, and on this path the state will provide comprehensive support to representatives of the sphere, and young and energetic young people entering the sphere, and most importantly, sincerely feeling their duty to the Motherland, will certainly be supported by the state.
In this regard, the presentation of the project, conducted by Davron Abdurakhimovich, on the basis of its content and ideas to promote the worthy promotion of the image of the new Uzbekistan in the international arena, was received positively.
