Kapitalbank and Ipak Yuli bank obtained the status of market maker on the market of currency futures

Starting from December 1, 2022 Kazpitalbank and Ipak Yuli got the status of market-maker on the market of currency futures on instrument USD/UZS_MG.

It should be noted that the market-maker activity in the currency market of the UZEX was introduced on 4 October 2021, in accordance with market principles, and the relevant market-maker programs, defining the duties of market-makers and the order of their remuneration, were adopted.

The duties of market makers include ensuring a constant daily liquidity in the market, maintaining a minimum specified amount of bilateral quotations for the purchase and sale of a certain number of futures contracts in the course of trading, which is to increase the "scale" of the market (market depth).

At the same time, the activities of market makers will increase the volume and scale of operations, as well as the activation of commercial banks in the formation of market indicators based on the exchange rate.
