Kazakhstan has changed the rules for arrival and stay of immigrants

According to the new government decree, visa-free foreigners can stay in the country legally for 30 days, up to 90 days in one calendar 180-day period.

Citizens of EAEU member states may stay in Kazakhstan for 90 days within one calendar 180-day period.

It is noted that the new restrictions do not apply to foreigners arriving in Kazakhstan on a visa and those who have received a temporary residence permit.

P.S. The new regulations will come into force on 26 January 2023.
