Kazakhstan to launch capital accumulation programme for children in 2024

It was reported that a capital accumulation programme for children will be launched in Kazakhstan from 2024. Under the programme, a child will have a dollar account at birth, which will be financed annually from the National Fund, supplemented by state revenues from oil and other raw materials sales. After the child turns 18, the savings can be used for housing or education.
