Khokim of Kashkadarya region was reprimanded

Services provided to foreign tourists in Kashkadarya region are at a very low level, and in Shakhrisabz, Yakkabog, Kamashinsky, Kasba districts, tourist services are not provided at all. Akim of Kashkadarya region M. Azimov was reprimanded for insufficient organization of work.

As noted at the meeting, since the beginning of the year, Samarkand - 900 thousand, Fergana - 850 thousand, Andijan - 650 thousand domestic tourists and became the leader in this indicator.

However, the results of some regions, districts and cities are not very good. 151,000 domestic tourists visited the Syr Darya, 262,000 Navoi and 275,000 Jizzakh, which was much less than their potential.

Services provided to foreign tourists in Kashkadarya region are at a very low level, and in Shakhrisabz, Yakkabog, Kamashinsky, Kasba districts, tourist services are not provided at all.

At the same time, in Jizzakh, Navoi, Syrdarya, Namangan and Surkhandarya regions, income from the provision of services to foreign tourists lags far behind other regions.

In particular, in Sherabad, Altynsoy, Kosonsoy, Torakorgan, Arnasoy, Karmana, Urgut, Gulistan, Yangiyel, Khiva regions, tourist services are not provided at all.
For insufficient organization of things:

the khokim of Kashkadarya region M. Azimov was honored;
Khokims of Shakhrisabz, Yakkabog, Kamashin, Kasbi, Kosonsoy, Torakorgan, Arnasoy, Karmanin, Urgut, Sherabad, Altynsoy, Gulistan, Yangiyel, Khiva districts will be dismissed from their positions and they will be given a three-month trial period to make changes.
