Last year, mortgage loans worth 14.4 trillion UZS were disbursed to the population

According to the Central Bank, the amount of mortgage loans allotted to the population in 2022 made up 14.4 trillion UZS.

In particular, 10.8 trillion UZS were allocated for primary market purchases of housing and 3.6 trillion UZS for secondary market.

Commercial banks allotted 3.8 trillion UZS of mortgage loans for population at their own expense, which is 2.9 trillion UZS more than last year.
