Meeting of SCO Sports Ministers

Tashkent is hosting a meeting of sports ministers of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) member states chaired by the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The event is attended by SCO Secretary General Zhang Min.

The meeting will consider issues of further development of cooperation in the development of sports in modern conditions, the prospects for joint projects in the joint production of sports equipment, clothing and equipment.

The agenda also encompasses the approval of the Action Plan for the implementation of the Agreement on Cooperation in the field of physical culture and sports for 2022-2024 between the competent authorities of the SCO member states.

At the end of the meeting, a protocol is expected to be signed.
