Meeting with Indian Minister of Foreign Affairs

On December 19, 2021, Delhi hosted a meeting of Minister of Foreign Affairs in Uzbekistan, Abdulaziz Kamilov with India’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Subramanyam Jayankar.

In relation to the Foreign Ministry, during the meeting the foreign ministers of the two countries exchanged views on priority issues of cooperation in political, commercial, economic, investment, cultural and humanitarian scopes.

The two sides noted with satisfaction that the constant talks between the leaders of Uzbekistan and India have given a new impetus to bilateral relations.

During the forum, the Ministers canvassed the schedule of future meetings at multiple levels. Additionally, they proposed conducting political consultations between the foreign ministries of both countries in Delhi in 2022.
