Microsoft employees will have the right to unlimited vacation

According to the CBC, Microsoft will allow its employees in the United States to take leave for any period. It is noted that this follows from the New DTO “Discretionary Time Off” rules of the company. The rules will come into force today, January 16th.

According to data, the new approach does not apply to employees who work hourly and are not in the United States. According to the company's website, Microsoft employs 122 thousand people in the United States and 99 thousand in the rest of the world.
