Minister of MIIT met with heads of leading companies in the UAE

During the visit of Uzbekistan's working group to the United Arab Emirates, Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade Laziz Kudratov held several meetings with heads of leading UAE companies.

Particularly, the minister held a dialogue with Chief Executive Officer of ENOC group of companies Humaid Al-Falasi. Heads of concerned ministries and departments of our country also took part in these talks, which were dedicated to discussing the prospects of implementation of joint investment projects.

During the meeting with Shiraz Allana, director of IFFCO Group, the sides discussed issues of establishing cooperation relations in a number of directions. In particular, prospects of development of joint investment projects in agriculture and chemical industry were discussed.

On the same day, talks were held with Mohammed Jamil Al Ramahi, General Director of Masdar Company. There they discussed expansion of bilateral cooperation in the development of green energy. Following the talks, the two sides agreed to develop the success of mutual cooperation at a high pace, relying on a partnership based on trust.
