Mirziyoyev congratulates Matviyenko on birthday

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev has held a telephone conversation with Chairperson of the Federation Council of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation Valentina Matviyenko.

Early in the conversation, Shavkat Mirziyoyev sincerely congratulated Valentina Matviyenko on her birthday and wished her a sound health and happiness.

It was also noted with satisfaction that the fruitful cooperation between the parliaments of the two countries, including within the framework of international and regional organizations, was gaining momentum, and served to further consolidate the Uzbek-Russian relations of friendship and large-scale strategic partnership.
