Mirziyoyev discussed economic issues with Putin

President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with Russian Leader Vladimir Putin today, April 11. During the dialogue, the measures taken for the first time aimed at ensuring the speed of trade and the implementation of joint cooperation projects were discussed.

While promoting practical cooperation at the level of businessmen and regions of the two countries, special attention was paid to the issue of effective use of the opportunities of the International Industrial Exhibition Innoprom, which will be held in Tashkent at the end of April.

It was noted that cooperation within the framework of the cultural and humanitarian exchange program is fruitful.

The leaders of Uzbekistan and Russia also reviewed the plan of upcoming bilateral and multilateral events.
