Modern parking lots will be organized under the trestle of the Tashkent above-ground metro route

It is planned to organize five 1200-seat parking lots on the territory under the trestle of the above-ground metro route passing through the Yashnabad District of Tashkent City (total land area of 2.9 hectares), as well as seven 1500-seat parking lots on the territory of the above-ground metro route (total land area of 3.37 hectares) passing through Sergeli district.

These reforms are carried out in order to ensure the implementation of the task set out in the Presidential Decree No. 313 “On additional measures to improve the efficiency of public transport of Tashkent City” dated July 8, 2022.

It is reported that as a result of the implementation of the planned work recorded, 1,700 new jobs will be created in the overall account.
