More than 20,000 unemployed persons were engaged in paid community work

The next session of the Oliy Majlis Senate Council is being held on July 21 of this year. The meeting of the Council is led by the Chairman of the Senate Tanzila Narbaeva.
"The state of work on job creation is being studied and analyzed by the responsible committees and departments of the Senate, going to the regions.
The next studies were conducted in Bukhara, Jizzakh, Namangan and Fergana regions.
It should be noted that since the beginning of the year, significant work has been done to ensure the employment of the population in these regions.
In particular, more than 52,000 citizens were employed in vacant jobs with the support of labor authorities.
About 1,300 persons in need of social protection were placed in reserved (quota) jobs.
More than 20,000 unemployed persons were involved in paid public works.
More than 16,000 unemployed people were trained in professions and entrepreneurial skills.
At the same time, studies and analyzes show that there are a number of problems in this regard, that the planned plans for creating new jobs are lagging behind, and that additions are allowed," the Chairman of the Senate noted in her speech.
