More than 9 million tonnes of transit cargo transported through the territory of Uzbekistan

In 2022, the volume of transit cargo transported through Uzbekistan (by road and rail) reached 9.2 million tonnes, according to a report from the Statistics Agency.

Rail transport carried 7.5 million tonnes of transit cargo (81.8% of the total) and road transport 1.7 million tonnes (18.2% of the total).
