Negotiations were held with the People's Republic of China on bilateral cooperation

First Deputy Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade A.Voitov held talks with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the People's Republic of China to the Republic of Uzbekistan Jiang Yan.

The sides discussed topical issues of bilateral cooperation and further measures to implement the agreements reached during the meeting between the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the President of the People's Republic of China.

During the cordial and friendly conversation, it was noted that under the leadership of the two leaders, relations between the two countries have been steadily strengthening in all priorities.

It was noted that cooperation is developing in trade and economic, investment, financial and technical, transport and logistics, banking and other fields.

The parties identified further steps to implement the intergovernmental program of trade, economic and investment cooperation for 2022-2026, signed during the visit of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan to China in February this year.

Within the framework of the Tashkent International Investment Forum, the Chinese side held a seminar on March 25 entitled “Industrial Cooperation. Supported the initiative to hold an Uzbek-Chinese forum on "New Opportunities".
