Nobel Prize in economics laureates announced

The 2022 Nobel Prize in Economics has been awarded to US economists Ben Bernanke, Douglas Diamond and Philip Dybvig for "research on financial crises and banking".

The announcement of the winners in economics concluded Nobel week. The awards are presented on 10 December, the day Alfred Nobel died.
