OTS Secretary General was received by the President of Kazakhstan

The Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States H.E. Ambassador Kubanychbek Omuraliev was received by the President of Kazakhstan H.E.Kassym-Jomart Tokayev on 20 December 2022 in Astana.

President Tokayev congratulated Kubanychbek Omuraliev on his appointment as Secretary General of the Organization of Turkic States.

Kassym-Jomart Tokayev noted that Kazakhstan, as one of the founders of the Organization, is interested in developing multilateral cooperation with the Turkic states and will provide maximum support to the work of the secretariat.

He stressed that today the role and importance of the Organization as a unique platform for strengthening cooperation and unity of the Turkic peoples has increased significantly.
