How many graduates of schools in Uzbekistan did not receive an ID card?

It is reported that to date, since more than 390 thousand students who graduated from schools in Uzbekistan in the 2022/2023 academic year, 129 thousand (33 percent) who have reached the age of 16 have not received an ID card (passport), their data is not included in the electronic base.
The Ministry of preschool and school education asked school graduates who have reached the age of 16 to receive a passport (ID card) on time.
"It is known that in order for applicants to submit relevant documents online for admission to higher educational institutions, it is required to enter the passport (ID card) data of graduates into the Electronic Program ABITUR. Therefore, we remind you that every graduate who has reached the age of 16 must receive a passport (ID card) on time.
In order to provide more convenience to graduates in this process, the electronic database of the Ministry of preschool and school education is integrated with the ABITUR electronic program of the agency for assessment of knowledge and skills,” the Ministry of preschool and school education noted.
