Paris - 2024: For the first time in the history of the Olympics, gender equality will achieved at the Paris Games

The distribution of licenses for all sports at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris has been announced.

According to the official website of the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the number of participants in some sports has decreased compared to the Tokyo Olympics. These include water sports, athletics, boxing, canoeing, cycling, gymnastics, judo, rowing, sailing, archery, and weightlifting.

The number of licenses for skateboarding, climbing and surfing has been increased. No changes in other sports.

Also, for the first time in the history of the Olympics, gender equality will ensured at the Paris Games. Each of the 32 sports will feature an equal number of male and female athletes, and the number of participants will be distributed accordingly.

The International Olympic Committee has set the number of tickets for the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris in the following order:
