Payment of wages in kind is prohibited

According to the new Labour Code, Wages are paid in the national currency (sums). Payment of wages in the form of debentures, receipts, coupons is prohibited.
Payment of wages in the form of in kind is prohibited, except in cases established by the Cabinet of Ministers.
Payment of wages to an employee is made, as a rule, directly to the place of performance of his/her work.
With the written consent of the employee, payment of wages or part of it is allowed through banking institutions or post offices with payment for their services at the expense of the employer.
If the employee performs the employer's tasks outside the workplace on the pay day (such as business trips, training courses, etc.), the employer must send the wages due to the employee at his own expense or pay them to the employee's proxy at the employee's request.
