Phone tapping will be transferred from prosecutor to court

Shavkat Mirziyoyev: "We will transfer the authorisation for search, wiretapping and seizure of property from the prosecutor to the court.

"Now the investigator cannot freeze any property because it is related to a crime. After all, are we doing our part to strengthen the privacy of private property?
