President of Tatarstan pays official visit to Uzbekistan

President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov has arrived in Uzbekistan on an official visit today, 10 October. It is reported that the visit of the head of Tatarstan to Uzbekistan in two days.

It is noted that along with the politician, heads of large companies and enterprises, as well as businessmen visited the country.

The program of the visit of President Rustam Minnikhanov includes a meeting with President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev and Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov. It is planned that the head of Tatarstan will visit a number of enterprises, including a tyre manufacturing plant in Angren.

Minnikhanov is also expected to personally attend the opening ceremony of the Kazan Federal University branch in Jizzakh region.
