Press tour for journalists in the electrotechnical industry

Today, on October 7, in cooperation with the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Uzeltexsanoat Association the press tour to the enterprises of electrotechnical industry was organized for mass media representatives and journalists.

The initial address on the press tour was the Falk Porsche Fiberlass enterprise, part of the Uzeltexsanoat association. Glass fibre products are widely used in the construction, electrical engineering, automotive, shipbuilding and other industries.

The project cost $13.6 million and the annual production capacity is 13,000 tonnes of glass fibre.

The next destination was Uzelektroapparat-Elektroshit, one of the largest companies producing low and high voltage devices and other necessary electrical equipment. The enterprise, which is the leader in the republic in the production of low and high voltage transformers, has been developing new types of electrotechnical products; new projects, from electric meters to electronic boards, have been put into practice.

The company has a 80-year history and incorporates 3 big companies. That is, it consists of the Toshelektroapparat, Сhіrchіԛ transformator zavodi and Nukuselektroapparat group of companies. These groups of companies produce 5,000 substations, more than 1 million electricity meters and over 450 types of electrical products and devices up to 500 kV per year.
