Improper advertising by citizens and officials, failure to comply with the order of placement of outdoor advertising or refusal to provide counter advertising, as well as advertising of products that are prohibited by law, shall be punishable with a fine of 5 to 7 minimum monthly wages (from 1.5 to 2.1 million sums).

Also, failure by citizens and officials to submit documents and materials relating to advertising information to the authorized state body in due time or deliberate provision of false information, as well as delayed execution of an order of the authorized state body to eliminate violations of advertising legislation shall incur a fine of 3 to 5 minimum monthly wages (from 900,000 to 1.5 million sums).
