Rasul Kusherbaev's deputy powers terminated early

At a regular meeting of the Central Election Commission, it became known that the parliamentary powers of Rasul Kusherbayev, a deputy of the Legislative Chamber of the Oliy Majlis, were terminated early in accordance with his application.

It is noted that Kusherbayev did not specify the reason for resignation in his application.

At the meeting it was noted that the powers of a deputy may be terminated early in the following cases:

    in the case of a deputy submitting an application to resign his powers;
    election or appointment of a deputy to a position incompatible by law with the exercise of his powers;

Kusherbaev in the first case, i.e. he himself has applied to resign as a deputy. A draft resolution has been prepared accordingly.
