Regular meeting of the Central Election Commission

On September 6, 2021, a regular meeting of the Central Election Commission took place. The meeting was chaired by the Chairman of the Commission Z. Nizamkhodzhaev.

The meeting addressed the issues of accreditation of observers from international organizations that will participate in the elections of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the accreditation of media representatives.

The members of the Central Election Commission considered the first item on the agenda - accreditation of observers from international organizations who will participate in the presidential elections.

Also at the meeting, in accordance with the CEC resolution on the accreditation of media representatives, 25 representatives of local media were registered. It is worth noting that up to now, 802 representatives of local and 48 representatives of foreign media have been accredited.

At the end of the event, the relevant decisions of the Central Election Commission were adopted on the considered issues.
