Regular meeting of working groups of the Joint Uzbek-Tajik Demarcation Commission

During the meeting, which took place from 23 to 30 January in Dushanbe, the sides discussed issues related to the project demarcation line of the Uzbek-Tajik state border and technological process of creation of demarcation maps.

Field surveys of selected sections of the Uzbek-Tajik state border were also carried out as part of the talks. As a result of the event, a relevant Protocol has been signed. The next meeting will be held on the territory of Uzbekistan.
