Responsibility for violation of the policy of openness has been determined

The President signed the Law "On Amendments and Additions to Certain Legislations of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as Declaring Certain Legislations Abolished".

According to the law, for violating the legislation on the transparency of the activities of state authorities and management bodies in the Code of Administrative Responsibility, officials can be fined from 3 to 5 times the BAC (from 900 thousand soums to 1.5 million soums) determined to be the cause.
