According to him, the task of the project is to increase the railway cargo turnover of products between the countries to 1 million tons by 2030.
Reshetnikov recalled that the Agroexpress project is being implemented with the support of the Russian Export Center, Russian Railways and integrates the work of the railways of Uzbekistan, Russia and Kazakhstan.
“Behind this project is not only the development of agricultural enterprises in our countries, but also specific territories,” Reshetnikov added.
At the government level, a route is created, all procedures are being worked out, and then opportunities for the construction of logistics, distribution centers, for involving the maximum supply chain and for increasing volumes open up for the regions of the countries.
Agroexpress is a specialized service of Russian Railways Logistics and REC for the delivery of agro-industrial complex goods to China, Turkey and the CIS countries using express container trains.
Transportation of goods according to the "green corridor" principle ensures the maximum delivery time for products from Uzbekistan to Russia in no more than five days.

In the opposite direction to Selyatina station (RF, Moscow region), it is planned to load back fruit and vegetable products from Uzbekistan: lemon, pomegranate and grapes.
In the future, it is planned to organize a container train in the amount of 57 units. refrigerated containers 2 times a month.
