Russian food supplies abroad increased by 12 per cent

It was reported that Russian food supplies abroad increased by 12 per cent in 2022 compared to 2021. A total of 70 million tonnes of products were sent abroad.
This was reported by TASS based on a report from the Russian Ministry of Agriculture.
According to Deputy Minister of Agriculture Sergey Levin, this has been achieved by redirecting export flows, establishing new logistics chains and financial operations and creating conditions for state support. He noted that work will continue this year to open up new markets in order to expand the export potential of Russian agricultural products.
