At the White House, Saida Mirziyoyeva met with Joe Biden's aide and Jennifer Klein, director of the US Presidential Administration's Gender Policy Council.

It was discussed in detail, further steps to ensure that the amendments to the Criminal and Administrative Codes adopted in Uzbekistan, which criminalize violence against women and minors, do not remain only on paper. Jennifer Klein offered to provide practical assistance in this direction.
