Saida Mirziyoyeva was appointed head of the Communications and Information Policy Sector of the Executive Office of the Presidential Administration

By Presidential Decree, Saida Shavkatovna Mirziyoyeva was appointed to the post of Head of the Communications and Information Policy Sector of the Executive Office of the Presidential Administration. This newly-formed sector is part of the system of the deputy head of the Administration, who is responsible for public opinion research and information policy.
Mirziyoyeva will also control the implementation of reforms in the social, cultural and educational spheres.
It should be noted that Saida Mirziyoyeva, a graduate of the University of World Economy and Diplomacy, a master of the Tashkent State Law University and the Lomonosov Moscow State University, PhD in Economics has worked in various fields for many years, in particular in 2019-2020 she served as deputy director of the Agency for Information and Mass Communications under the Presidential Administration, from 2022 until her current appointment as deputy chairperson of the Board of Trustees of the Support Fund
During her work she implemented many projects on freedom of speech, openness policy in ministries and agencies, implementation of press services, development of the sphere of culture, as well as gender equality issues.
