Senate Chairman canvassed issues of future cooperation with the OSCE Chairman-in-Office

On June 3, Tanzila Narbayeva, Chairman of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, met with a delegation led by the President of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Poland Zbigniew Rau.
During the meeting, Senate Speaker Tanzila Narbayeva welcomed the guests and touched upon the large-scale reforms underway in Uzbekistan under the leadership of President Sh.Mirziyoyev, trade and economic relations of Uzbekistan with foreign countries and inter-parliamentary cooperation.
In particular, it was noted that the long-term cordial relations between Uzbekistan and Poland, commercial, economic, investment, socio-cultural and inter-parliamentary cooperation have reached a new stage.
Furthermore, they touched upon the issues of cooperation between Uzbekistan and the OSCE, the work being done in Uzbekistan to implement the projects of the organization.
Future goals and initiatives were also reviewed during the discussions, and it was agreed to enhance collaboration even further.
