Senate chairman: creating new jobs should not be for reporting

At the plenary session of the Senate, the results of the study of the work carried out on the creation of new jobs and employment of the population in Navoi and Samarkand regions were discussed.
Certain results have been achieved in these regions to reduce unemployment. In particular, about 120 thousand unemployed citizens were provided with employment services by labor authorities. 31 thousand citizens are placed in vacancies.
At the same time, a number of shortcomings were allowed in the creation of new jobs.
When forming a general report on jobs, the work on deducting recurring numbers, ensuring compliance with the tax authority and the electronic data base of the unified national labor system has not been completed.
In particular, 5.2 thousand jobs created at the expense of the organization of individual business entities in the direction of tourism in the Samarkand region were repeatedly noted at the same time in jobs created in the direction of entrepreneurship development.
Senate chairman Tanzila Narbaeva expressed her opinion on this issue and drew attention to the fact that the creation of a new place of work should not be for reporting. Sometimes reports are given that a million jobs have been created, but aside from that, people are going to look for work abroad. Putting an end to such situations, the real creation of new jobs, in addition, this place of work should also ensure the interest of the recruiter.
Of course, reports are also needed. But different agencies collect reports, but they sometimes cover the same numbers, and in the end the numbers increase from the valid ones. Here are such differences that need to be eliminated. It is necessary to achieve this by perfectly developing electronic systems.
