September 5 is the first school day of the 2022-2023 academic year for all educational institutions

According to the State Inspectorate for Quality Control of Education, classes will begin on September 5 in all educational institutions in Uzbekistan.

In connection with the Independence Day, Uzbeks will have 4 days off.

September 1 - Thursday (non-working holiday);
September 2 - Friday (an additional day off regardless of the type of working week);
September 3 - Saturday (an additional day off for employees with a six-day work week);
September 4 - Sunday (holiday).

Monday, September 5 will be the first school day of the 2022-2023 academic year for all educational institutions.
