Serial assembly of LADA cars has begun in Uzbekistan

LADA Vesta SW and LADA XRAY, produced by the SKD method, became the first models ready to go to the dealer network. LADA Largus is expected to be added to the lineup soon. The assembly of cars is organized at the ADM Jizzakh automobile plant, located in the Jizzakh free economic zone.

“Uzbekistan is one of the key export markets for AVTOVAZ, and the LADA brand is well known in the republic. The new stage of cooperation will make it possible to continue the development of LADA on the country's market, ”the company noted.

Local assembly will increase customer coverage through participation in public procurement, which will expand the presence of the LADA brand in Uzbekistan.
The plant belongs to the Roodell company, which is the official importer of KIA and LADA models to Uzbekistan. It began its work at the end of 2020.
