Sharjah Light Festival 2022

During February 9 to 20, 2022, Sharjah, the cultural capital of the UAE, will host the popular “Sharjah Light Festival”.

This festival has been held in Sharjah for more than 10 years and attracts thousands of spectators on an annual basis.

The festival is organized by the Sharjah Department of Trade and Tourism Development. The emirate’s architectural monuments will be illuminated by a kaleidoscope of lights and colors.

Performances in the show will be performed not only with light, but also with sound effects. The festival uses energy-saving lighting technologies, and all light sources and projectors used are certified for compliance with environmental requirements.

Festival will also showcase the emirate’s rich heritage. To make it happen, the country’s government invited local and foreign artists, musicians and lighting technicians.
