Shavkat Mirziyoyev: Any award is the recognition of the nation, the trust of the Motherland

In accordance with the decrees of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, on the occasion of the 31st anniversary of the independence of our country, many of our compatriots were awarded honorary titles, orders and medals. Also, a group of foreign citizens was awarded the Order of "Dostlik" for their great contribution to the development of cooperation with our country. On August 30, the award ceremony was held in Koksaroy.

President Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated the gathered on the Independence Day and the awards and expressed his best wishes.

"It is also a great honor for me to present the highest awards of our country to you dear ones. I would like to take this opportunity to congratulate all of you, our compatriots who are receiving awards from the bottom of my heart," said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.

At the event, the head of our state solemnly handed over the awards to their owners.

"Any award is, first of all, the recognition of the nation, the trust of the Motherland. May the orders and medals shining on your chest guide you all, invite you to new achievements and milestones. God, let us have many such happy days! May our country be peaceful and our sky always clear," the President wished.

Leaders of state and public organizations, labor veterans, intellectuals, women and youth took part in the ceremony.
