Shavkat Mirziyoyev extended condolences to Serdar Berdymukhamedov

President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a telephone conversation with President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov today.

The President of Uzbekistan expressed his sincere condolences to the bereaved President of Turkmenistan on the death of his grandmother, the respected Ogulabat Eje Berdimuhamedova.

The sides discussed issues of further strengthening the Uzbek-Turkmen strategic partnership and expanding practical cooperation in accordance with high level agreements.

The heads of state also discussed the plan of further activities, congratulated each other with the coming Ramadan Hait and expressed good wishes.
