Shavkat Mirziyoyev received credentials from foreign ambassadors

On April 12, President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received the credentials of Ambassadors Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary - Javad Awwad from Palestine, Hatori Takashi from Japan, Hassan Hamza Hashim from Qatar, Viktor Boretsky from Slovakia and Ahmad Farook from Pakistan.

The Head of State welcomed the newly appointed heads of diplomatic missions to the country and congratulated them on the start of work in Uzbekistan. In his speech, the President noted that the New Uzbekistan, pursuing an open and pragmatic foreign policy, is reaching new heights in the international arena, expanding the circle of friends and reliable partners.

The leader of Uzbekistan emphasized that in the conditions of a difficult international situation, increasing tension and conflicts, the importance of conducting a foreign policy based on mutual trust and respect with all countries is increasing.

"We are striving for more open and sincere cooperation with the international community. To do this, we have the political will, determination, and most importantly, the capabilities and sufficient potential,” the President said.

At the end of his speech, the President of Uzbekistan wished the newly appointed heads of foreign diplomatic missions success in their responsible activities. Within the framework of the event, a short conversation was held with each ambassador. Foreign diplomats conveyed greetings and respect to the head and people of Uzbekistan to the leaders of the countries they represent.
