Small Uzbekistan opened in Abu Dhabi

An Uzbekistan pavilion was opened as part of Sheikh Zoid Festival, which started on November 18 in Al Wathba district of Abu Dhabi Emirate.

This pavilion was organized by Export Promotion Agency of Ministry of investments and foreign trade of Uzbekistan and held the solemn event dedicated to the 31st anniversary of the State Flag of the Republic of Uzbekistan, which is a state symbol. Our delegation which departed from Samarkand to promote tourist potential of Uzbekistan at World championship on soccer in Qatar and at present is in the United Arab Emirates also took part in the event.

It is worth noting that the traditional cultural heritage festival "Sheikh Zoid" is organized for the fourth time, the event, which will last from November 18, 2022 to March 18, 2023 under the name "Welcome!" drones and laser lights, as well as the Emirates' fountain show, military heritage music, heritage competitions and fun sports events.

The campus created for the festival featured more than 20 pavilions for participating countries, the recently added Art City, Selfie street area, wildlife museum, playgrounds, Flower City and foodie pavilions.

Uzbekistan" pavilion will be organized by Export Promotion Agency of Uzbekistan Ministry of investments and foreign trade, in cooperation with Emirate side and with support of Ministry of tourism and cultural heritage will widely promote tourism potential of our country with participation of music bands, craftsmen and cooks.

At the end of the event, along with compatriots from the UAE, a group of artists and a team of bloggers, a parade under the flag of Uzbekistan marched through the main square of the festival.
