Currently, 510,000 students are enrolled in full-time education at our universities (a total of 820,000). In accordance with the instructions of the President, interviews and surveys were conducted with students. About 100,000 students expressed the need to work and earn extra money.

Today, there are 105,000 vacancies for students: in the field of education and services - 22 thousand, in industry - 17 thousand, in health - 9 thousand, in construction and agriculture - 6 thousand, in finance - 3 thousand, in communications and IT - 2.5 thousand.

"Officials must assist students in need and ensure their employment," Shavkat Mirziyoyev highlighted.
It was announced at the meeting that a Republican Commission headed by the Prime Minister would be set up to systematically organize this work.
More than 3,000 students can be employed in the existing vacancies for management, technical, service and teaching assistant positions in higher education institutions.

In addition, students will be allowed to work in all governmental agencies and institutions.

For example, there are 13,000 vacancies in urban schools and kindergartens around universities. Officials have been tasked with arranging for at least 10,000 students to be employed in schools and kindergartens within a month.
