Surkhandarya region prepares for possible Presidential visit

Today, a briefing for journalists was held in Tashkent, where the press Secretary of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Sherzod Asadov, commenting on the meetings and visits of the head of state held last week, spoke about the visits planned for the coming week.

Based on his words, the President will visit Surkhandarya region on June 1-2 this year.

It was noted that during the visit, as in all spheres, great attention will be paid to the investment and export potential of the region.

In particular, during the visit, it is planned to get acquainted with the activities of the Republican Committee on sericulture and karakul breeding, as well as discuss issues of raising the export potential in this direction to a new level.
