TECHNOFEST, uniting 33 countries

TECHNOFEST Aviation Technology Festival, which is being held in Baku, Azerbaijan, from May 26 to 29, has been holding annually since 2018 by the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish Technology Team Foundation (T3 Foundation) under the auspices of Selcuk Bayraktar.

This year's organizers of the festival are the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan, the Ministry of Industry and Technology of the Republic of Turkey and the Turkish Technology Community Foundation (T3 Foundation).

The four-day exhibition is expected to be attended by President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and President of Turkey Recep Tayyip Erdogan, as well as more than 500 foreigners and 33,000 guests from 33 countries.

The purpose of the event is to promote the aviation, space industry and the digital economy, as well as to encourage entrepreneurship in these scopes.

Pursuant to media reports, products based on modern Turkish technologies are presented by many defense industry companies at TECHNOFEST. The delegation includes Minister of Industry and Technology Mustafa Varank and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Turkish Technology Team Salcuk Bayraktar.

On top of that, Turkish celebrities are expected to visit the exhibition, whose brilliant performance is part of the entertainment section of the event. The festival will be held on the territory of Baku Crystal Hall LLC and Primorsky National Park, said the Minister of Digital Development and Transport of Azerbaijan Rashad Nabiyev.

The festival includes "Robotics", "GreenTech", "AgriTech", "Drones (PUA)", "Amateur satellite simulation", "Socially oriented technologies", "Hackathon Smart Karabakh "and other contests.
