Temporary close in Bukhara airport due to heavy fog

Uzbekistan Airways flight HY023 / 024 from Tashkent to Bukhara was procrastinated owing to heavy fog.

Due to fog, the viewing distance at Bukhara airport is about 100 meters, and the airport is closed to receive aircraft until visibility improves. The Tashkent-Bukhara flight has been rescheduled for 11:00 local time.

Flight AFL-1877, scheduled to fly from Bukhara to Moscow, was also canceled due to bad weather. The 133 passengers on the flight were accommodated at the Grand Bukhara Hotel. The crew decided to rest because of the end of working hours.
