The 5 principles of healthy eating

In this post we would like to talk to you today about the 5 principles of creating a healthy menu. One of the basic steps to a healthy lifestyle is to eat a healthy food. Don't forget to share this post with your friends!
Rule 1: Give up fast food completely and try not to overindulge in sweets;
Rule 2: Eat as much seasonal produce as possible-they have the most nutrients. Winter vegetables and fruits, grown in greenhouses or imported from far away, not only lose all their useful properties, but also accumulate nitrates and other harmful compounds because of the abundance of chemicals and long storage;
Rule 3. Limit consumption of refined products as much as possible: sugar, vegetable oil, white wheat flour, refined white rice. These contain no fibre, which has a negative effect on the digestive system, as well as on the nutrition of the beneficial bacteria living in the intestines. Therefore, it is better to eat porridges instead of white bread, and to use black sugar or even honey instead of refined sugar;
Rule 4. Drink water. Tea, coffee or juices cannot replace water. A person should take at least 30-35 ml of liquid per 1 kg of weight per day. Sugary carbonated drinks are completely forbidden, they contain a very high amount of sugar;
Rule 5. Don't forget protein foods. They keep you full for a long time and are rich in amino acids. Protein is necessary for the body to form muscle tissue and renew old cells. Protein-rich foods include different types of meat, fish, squid, shrimp, nuts, mushrooms, some legumes, eggs and cottage cheese.
