The activities of the situational center were established in the Ministry of Justice

Through the situational Center, the possibility of real-time monitoring of the service process in public service centers and registry offices, monitoring of electronic appeals and Information Systems status was created.

The Ministry of justice is working on innovative projects to improve the quality of Public Services Day by day in order to relieve the burden of the population and save their excess time.

Today, in order to implement these projects, the buildings of all public service centers and registry offices have been equipped with full surveillance cameras.

These surveillance cameras are connected with the “situational center”, built in the building of the Ministry of justice within the framework of the joint project of the UN Development Program “Improving the provision of public services in rural areas of Uzbekistan and increasing the level of management”.
