The amount of fees in the field of crypto-assets circulation in our country has been determined

The regulation on determining the amount of fees, their payment and distribution for activities in the field of crypto-asset circulation in Uzbekistan was registered with the Ministry of Justice.

According to the regulation, legal entities (miners and service providers) performing the activities of service providers in the field of mining and crypto-asset circulation in Uzbekistan shall pay fees for the implementation of these activities.

Accordingly, the fees for May's activities are set at 10 times the BHM (3 million soums).

The following amounts are determined by service providers:

for crypto-exchange activity - 400 times of BAC (120 million soums);
for mining activity - 100 times of BAC (30 million soums);
for crypto-depository activities - 5 times BAC (1.5 million soums);
for crypto-shop activity - 20 times BAC (6 million soums).
Fees are paid monthly by miners and service providers from the moment they receive a license or authorization document.
