On October 6-13, 2022, the World Judo Championship will be held in Tashkent.

Necessary measures are already being taken to organize this world championship, which is expected to be visited by athletes from more than 100 countries, to create all the comforts for the guests who come to our country, and for them to return with good impressions.

Under the leadership of Azizjon Kamilov, the deputy chairman of the Judo Federation of Uzbekistan and the chairman of the country's judo federation, the issues of preparation for the most important start of the year were discussed in detail.

Also, opinions were exchanged on each item of the President's Decision "On measures for the further development of judo sport in Uzbekistan" announced yesterday, and relevant tasks were given to the officials.
